Jasmine spent the first ten years of her career working in the music industry. She believes life is better with a soundtrack and is proud of the work she's accomplished. Her passion for music is surpassed only by her passion for health and wellness. As a former marathon runner and weight lifter, recently-turned yogi cyclist, she understands the importance of having a sound mind-body connection in order to achieve your goals. She ensures that her clients not only get a powerful physical workout, but that they are inspired to pause often to be mindful and present.
She puts an extensive amount of prep time into each of her classes. Her experience in music helps her to compile driving, fast-paced tracks with motivating, steady tracks—all from different genres. She encourages people new to spinning to try one of her classes, as well as experienced riders.
